Terms of enquiry

Sending an enquiry, and receiving an LPL reference, is not an order. It is not our acceptance of an order. We look at the details you send and decide whether we can reproduce the part.

We quote each part individually. We do not start designing or making it until we have sent you a quotation and you have agreed it.

Parts are made to order for Motorhome Depot brokers and members of the public. We design them from your photographs, measurements or the original part, then manufacture them by 3D printing. The material is chosen for that part. We do not keep a shop of finished parts for sale.

We do not reproduce parts that affect braking, steering, gas, structural or electrical safety, or any other safety-critical part. If a request falls into that group, we will say no.

A quotation is valid for 30 days from the date we send it, unless the quotation itself says a different period. After that we may need to quote again.

The quotation will say the price in pounds, whether VAT is included, and the expected lead time. Those details are part of the quotation, not of this page.

This payment wording is a placeholder for Leisure Parts Lab to approve. It is not a finished legal rule.

Orders under £100 are paid in full when you accept the quote. Orders of £100 or more need a 50% deposit before we start the work, with the balance before collection or posting.

The card payment is taken on your private quotation page. We do not ask you to pay by any other link in an email.

If you cancel after paying the deposit, whether any of that deposit is returned has not been decided yet. Until Leisure Parts Lab confirms that rule, this sentence is not a promise that the deposit is refundable, and it is not a promise that the deposit is kept.
